One of the worst tricolors flags because it does not have a proper city seal. Also all the text on top and bottom detracts from design. Plus, the idea of having the heart/fountain symbol on your flag is a great idea but, was this the best logo they could come up with? This Kansas city flag is begging for a new design with a more creative logo.
